Wedding Day Information

As you are finalizing the details for your special day, we want to make sure we have all the information we need to serve you to the best of our abilities. This page should be completed and submitted 6 weeks prior to your wedding, and a check sent with the remaining balance of your package with any additional fees (added time, etc) 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

We recommend that you allow 3-3.5 hours of photography time prior to your ceremony if you are seeing one another and wanting Getting Ready Photos*, Bride and Groom, Wedding Party, and Family Photos finished. Our goal is to have you back to your rooms to rest 45 minutes prior to your ceremony.

If you are not seeing one another until the ceremony, we recommend that you allow 2 hours of photography time prior to the ceremony for Getting Ready photos*, and separate photos of the Bride and Groom with Wedding Party and Families, plus 1.5 - 2 hours between ceremony and reception for all remaining photos. (The time recommended between ceremony and reception does not include time for receiving line and any stops between locations.)

*You can opt out of getting ready photos. Please see options below.

We are excited to photograph your wedding!
