Bailey and Josie

Josie and Bailey’s wedding was the first wedding we booked in the year 2018, and it was the last wedding of our 2018 season. I must say that it was a wonderful way to wrap up 2018. These two were AH-mazing to work with with and we loved all the beauty they poured into their special day. Their families were equally wonderful to work with and so incredibly loving and supportive of this sweet couple.

When we first met Josie and she described her winter blue themed wedding to us we were soooo excited to see it all come together. All the winter details of their day were woven together beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for a better, sunshiny December day.

Josie was an elegant and classic bride with her fitted and lace-accented gown and snowflake jewelry details. Together, Josie and Bailey make a stunning couple and they really are perfect for each other.

Their ceremony was held in an old bank at the Verizon Wireless center in Mankato which made for some fantastic architectural shots. Then we headed across the hall for their lovely candlelit reception where guests were first treated to a fun candy table, hot chocolate and fuzzy socks as favors.

Overall, there was so much thought put into this day and it came together beautifully.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day! We wish you two the very best. <3

Anthony and Tiffany

It was so much fun hanging with Anthony and Tiffany on their wedding day. These two were super relaxed and “go-with-the-flow” all day. It’s always great to see couples who are so comfortable with each other and able to really enjoy their day.

We loved Tiffany’s lace-detailed dress! The classic cut with the detailed belt was just beautiful and she looked gorgeous.  And can we just talk about Tiffany’s flowers for a moment? The color and floral choices worked beautifully with the outdoor setting.

One of our favorite moments of the day was chasing the setting sun with these two. It was one of those candid parts of the day where Anthony and Tiffany were just having fun being newly married and we got to catch them enjoying the sunset.

Their first dance was equally sweet! Especially as Anthony’s parents sat and watched their son and his bride share this lovely moment as only parents do. Candid family moments like this at weddings simply are the best moments of the day.

We wish you two all the best and we are so thankful that we got to be a part of your special day. Congratulations, Anthony and Tiffany!

Jace and Caroline

To say that we loved photographing Caroline and Jace’s wedding would be an understatement. These two make a wonderful and sweet couple and it was an honor to be a part of their day. Their families were equally kind and generous people and it was a joy to watch them celebrate the love of these two amazing people. We really couldn’t be happier for all of them.

Caroline and Jace planned a beautiful wedding at the Old Glory Barn close to Rochester, MN. So much thought was put into all the details throughout the day and it flowed beautifully. We loved Caroline’s romantic, lacy dress, and the lovely 1920’s style blush veil her Mom made. All the girls’ makeup and hair was beautifully done by Katrine Sola and Kara Kloss, Studio 26. And we can’t forget to mention Caroline’s choice in bridesmaid dresses and flowers; so whimsical and romantic!! Jace and Caroline had an amazing breakfast style meal catered by The Forager, Rochester, MN. So good! And their donut bar… I mean, who doesn’t love a bar full of donuts?

Jace and Caroline decided to have a traditional first look at their ceremony. There were so many happy and heartfelt tears by everyone around them as they saw each other for the first time and they pledged their lives together. It couldn’t have been sweeter!

We loved photographing at the Old Glory Barn site. From the bridal suite, reception loft and overall grounds, it made for so many creative possibilities for pictures. Some of our favorite pictures of the day are the sunset pictures. I mean, how much more romantic can it get when you have a rolling pasture, a beautiful sunset, horses in the background, fireflies and two newly weds?? *Drop the mic.

But really the best moments of the day were the un-posed, candid shots between Jace and Caroline and their families. We can’t wait for you to see them!

Congratulations, Jace and Caroline! You two are the sweetest and we wish you the very best!! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!
